Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles. Part gas engine, part electric motor. Hybrid cars led the way, and now hybrid SUVs, pickups, and commercial trucks are being announced and improved upon each year. The technology behind the various types of hybrid-electric engines and batteries is rapidly evolving and improving.

From the smallest hybrid cars to huge hybrid buses, it is anyone's guess where hybrids will show up next. Judging by how people search for future and upcoming green autos on sites like Google, Yahoo, MSN, and Ask - most would like to see a hybrid minivan next.
